System and Technical Data Analyst

Schedule: Full Time on-site. No remote work option. IronMountain Solutions LLC is hiring a Systems Analyst to support a customer located in Huntsville, Alabama. The role requires excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with keen attention to detail. An Active Secret Security Clearance is required. Responsibilities Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related technical role Strong technical writing skills, including the ability to develop clear and concise reports, briefings, SOPs, and technical documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, for developing professional presentations and briefings Experience with data analysis, system integration, and process improvement methodologies Familiarity with information systems, networks, and operational technology environments Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high‑level briefings to senior leadership and executive stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information Experience preparing and presenting executive‑level reports, dashboards, and decision‑support materials Deep understanding of organizational decision‑making processes and ability to provide data‑driven recommendations Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions Experience supporting strategic planning, program management, and operational initiatives Strong attention to detail, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at all levels Experience working in a government or defense contracting environment is preferred Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of related analytical experience Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field Active Secret Security Clearance (only U.S. citizens are eligible) Experience in a government or defense contracting environment is preferred Required Travel: 10% IronMountain Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr IronMountain Solutions, Inc.
