Pediatrix Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for experienced OB/GYN Hospitalists to come join our team on a per diem basis at Texas Health Harris Methodist Alliance Hospital, an established OB Hospitalist Program in Fort Worth with tremendous administration support. Serving more than 50,000 patients each year, Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance is a vital part of the communities in North Fort Worth, Haslet, Justin, Roanoke, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include:

• OB triage and admissions
• Delivery attendance
• Inpatient care
• Seeing unassigned patients and private call coverage
• Covering the OB floor
• ER consults for GYN emergencies
• Surgical assists at Cesarean sections
• Emergency response in Labor and Delivery

Rate structure:

• Orientation Hours - 50% of standard rate.
• (OT over 40 hours/week) Extra-Time standard rate.
• Holidays 1.25x
• Max agency bill rate is $275/hour
• First Tier is $255/hour
• 2nd Tier is $265/hour
• $275+ will not be accepted
