Registered Nurse, ER Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)

ACLS(Copy needed)

NRP(Copy needed)

PALS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required CPI required but may be obtained after contract start (provided on site)
