Manufacturing Engineer (EPD II)

What to Expect

You will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high -quality products. This is an on-site role, and physical presence at the facility is required to perform the job responsibilities effectively.

What You’ll Do

· Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems

· Develop and test automated and manual systems

· Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria

· Collaborate with Quality Control Teams to ensure products meet established standards

· Design manufacturing fixtures and equipment, including installation, validation, and maintenance

· Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services

· Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements

· Optimize facility layouts, production lines, and machine operations

· Monitor production costs and assist in budget preparation while implementing measures to reduce waste and manage expenses

· Train workers in new and existing manufacturing processes

· Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth facility operations, including coordinating plans, resolving manufacturing issues and continuously improving production effective and performance

· Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support business objectives.

What You’ll Bring:

· A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Server Assembly Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience

· A strong customer service and satisfaction mindset

· Flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure manufacturing environment

· Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving production goals

· 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing system assembly or mechanical engineering, familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $115k -135k
