Starting pay rate is $23.00 an hour Job Description Perform routine building maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical systems (e.g., inspect belts, fluid levels, filters, bearings, and seals). Carry out construction projects: framing, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, etc. Design and build metal projects using welding and fabrication techniques; repair or fabricate accessories. Install and troubleshoot equipment; must be physically able to work in tight, elevated, or wet conditions. Job Requirements MUST HAVE A VALID TWIC BADGE. Ability to carry out specified work procedures. Clear oral and written communication skills. Requires the ability to drive vehicles with manual or automatic transmissions.
