As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently transferring products from trailers onto conveyor systems, facilitating smooth distribution and sorting. Key Responsibilities:
- Unload Products: Safely and efficiently remove product from inbound trailers and place them onto conveyor systems.
- Load Outbound Trailers: Organize and load packages or pallets onto outbound trailers as required.
- Secure Handling: Ensure that all items are placed securely on the conveyor to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain Organization: Keep your work area clean and organized to promote a safe working environment.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift.
- Active Engagement: Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for long durations.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or physical labor experience is advantageous but not required—willingness to learn is key!
- Dependability: Must demonstrate punctuality and reliability in attendance.
- Verification Requirements: Completion of E-Verify, background check, and drug screening is mandatory.
