Job Description: Mandatory:- 7+ years minimum of software testing expertise with at least 2 Years extensive experience handling Claims in the US healthcare domain
• Experience in the healthcare domain with claims exposure is mandatory *(Good understanding of Healthcare payor functions
• Ability to lead a QA team and coordinate offshore-onshore QA activities .
• Basic knowledge /work experience of Test automation (Selenium) is required: Should be able to pick up Test automation works during the course of engagement and hence should have an aptitude for automation.
• Preparing industry-standard test cases, result in execution & testing result reporting mechanism
• H ands-on experience in Test management Tool - VSTS - Azure DevOps good to have
• Proficiency in document and report writing • Awareness of Software Development Life Cycle
• Logical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with Agile Development Software
