About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Social Strategy & Analytics to lead its social measurement strategy, platform intelligence, and analytics capabilities. The role will establish global KPIs, reporting standards, data taxonomies, and measurement frameworks, while turning social performance signals into actionable recommendations for content, creators, platforms, markets, and investment. The successful candidate will guide the social data and analytics ecosystem, advance responsible AI-enabled reporting and insight generation, and connect platform performance to business outcomes. They will also build and develop a high-performing team and communicate clear, evidence-based recommendations to executive audiences. Candidates should have at least 12 years of experience in social media, strategy, analytics, measurement, platform intelligence, or data strategy, including senior leadership experience scaling a global function or team. Deep expertise across major social platforms and creator, paid, organic, earned, and community ecosystems is required, along with strong data fluency and experience governing metrics, taxonomies, or reporting standards. Candidates should be comfortable partnering with data, technology, and analytics teams; familiarity with SQL or similar technical skills is preferred. Working knowledge of AI and automation, strong executive communication skills, and experience in consumer goods, retail, consumer technology, platforms, or agencies are also valued.
