OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Racine, WI by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver HAZMAT loads safely on long-haul routes
- Adhere to DOT and federal hazmat regulations
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient delivery plans
With pay starting at 65 CPM (+2 CPM for hazmat), drivers log around 2,500 miles weekly and earn bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals. Benefit from bi-weekly home time, late-model trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, sleepers, in-house maintenance, and comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license
- At least 12 months OTR experience
