RN Service Supervisor

Senior Helpers of Holly Springs is a locally owned and operated home care agency serving seniors and their families throughout the Holly Springs area. We are a growing company focused on providing dependable, high-quality care while building strong relationships with our clients, families, and caregivers.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an RN Service Supervisor. This is not a traditional bedside nursing position. You'll use your clinical experience to assess clients, oversee care, support our caregivers, and help ensure that the care we provide is safe, appropriate, and compliant with North Carolina home care regulations.

This role is a great fit for an RN who enjoys clinical work but is looking for something different from hospital or facility-based nursing. You'll have the opportunity to work independently in the field, build relationships with seniors and their families, and play an important leadership role in a growing local company.

What Youll Do

• Conduct initial in-home client assessments and reassessments
• Develop, document, and sign individualized client care plans
• Conduct required supervisory visits for personal care clients
• Lead new caregiver skills assessment interviews and conduct weekly caregiver orientation
• Validate caregiver competencies through field observation and skills demonstration
• Provide clinical oversight of care delivered by our caregivers
• Lead caregiver clinical training and education as needed
• Work closely with the Client Care Coordinator on quality, compliance, and client needs
• Communicate changes in client condition and clinical concerns to the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in WellSky Personal Care
• Help ensure the agency remains compliant with NC home care licensure requirements
• Participate in GUIDE program assessments as applicable, providing an opportunity for additional billable hours

What Were Looking For

• Active and unrestricted North Carolina RN license required
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Home care experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of NC home care regulations and care plan requirements
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Compassionate and professional approach to working with seniors and their families
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
• Comfortable learning WellSky Personal Care or similar software
• Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Schedule

• $36$40 per hour, based on experience
• 2030 hours per week currently, with the opportunity for additional hours as our agency grows
• Flexible weekday schedule built around client and agency needs
• Combination of in-home visits, caregiver supervision, orientation, clinical oversight, documentation, and team support
• Opportunity to transition into a full-time RN leadership role as our clinical needs continue to grow
• Mileage reimbursement for client visits
