Caregivers Wanted — Hiring Immediately (All Shifts)

Right at Home is growing our in-home care team — and we're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities across the greater Indianapolis area, including Hamilton County.

Experience: Nice, not required. We'll train you.

Pay + perks:

Caregiver qualifications:

• Verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment
• Dependability
• Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job.
• Communicate effectively with office staff on a weekly basis
• Must be willing to follow all company policies and take direction from office staff

What you'll do:

You'll help clients stay safe and comfortable at home based on an established plan of care. ADLs (care + support) may include: Hygiene support (toileting/bedpan assistance, bathing, oral care, skin/hair care) Mobility/ambulation support Dressing and grooming Feeding assistance Engagement/companionship (conversation, puzzles, card games) Meal prep per instructions Light homemaking may include: Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping Dishes Changing bed linens Laundry Bathroom cleaning

What we're looking for:

Strong communication + listening skills Dependable, professional, and safety-minded Valid driver's license and insured vehicle, or reliable transportation Able to communicate with office staff weekly Willing to follow company policies and direction Able to pass a background check and drug test Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
