Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming front office experience
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the dental practice calendar efficiently
• Coordinate patient treatment plans and communicate care recommendations clearly
• Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and handle billing inquiries
• Collect and process patient payments, co-pays, and financial arrangements
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in practice management software
• Communicate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental front office role strongly preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Professional, compassionate, and calm demeanor — especially with anxious patients
