Product Operations Lead

Leading the Product Operations Team in a full-time remote capacity, the Product Operations Lead will oversee operational excellence, team leadership, and performance management to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise software products. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor Product Owners, Project Managers, and the User Experience & Accessibility Specialist while establishing team objectives and fostering a high-performing culture Standardize product and project management practices across product lines and develop governance processes that promote consistency and quality Implement and maintain departmental KPIs and operational metrics, creating dashboards for executive reporting and identifying continuous improvement opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Project Management within an enterprise software environment Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing operational processes and governance standards Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics for performance measurement Strong project portfolio and resource management skills with the ability to influence and drive organizational alignment
