Lead Restoration TechnicianWe are looking for a Lead Restoration Technician who wants the opportunity to lead, develop their skills, and grow with our company.The Lead Restoration Technician is a working crew leader responsible for leading projects while working alongside the team. Our services include mold remediation, water damage restoration, crawlspace moisture control, air duct and dryer vent cleaning, and other residential and commercial restoration services.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead and work alongside technicians in the fieldManage job quality, productivity, safety, and documentationCommunicate professionally with customersMaintain assigned company vehicles, tools, and equipmentTrain and support technicians on your crewParticipate in our emergency response rotation as scheduledQualifications1+ year of experience in restoration, home services, construction, maintenance, or a related fieldLeadership or crew-lead experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsDependable, professional, and willing to learnComfortable using smartphones and digital job documentationAbility to perform physical work and lift up to 75 lbs.Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving recordWe can train technical skills and processes. What we need is someone who is dependable, flexible, accountable, professional, willing to learn, and capable of leading from the front. Technician must be willing to take on emergency work beyond business typical hours.
