Job Description The Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical department is responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a diverse population across all age groups. The role requires experience in MedSurg nursing and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and practice guidelines. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Participate in patient education and needs assessment. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 2 years of MedSurg experience. Active RN license in the state of Tennessee. BLS certification required. Experience with Meditech EHR is preferred.
