Finance ManagerTom's Ford is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our dealership team. In this role, you'll manage the finance and insurance process for vehicle buyers, structure deals that satisfy both customer needs and dealership profitability goals, and maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance sources.ResponsibilitiesPresent financing and insurance options to customers after the sale, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other F&I productsStructure deals and submit applications to a variety of lenders to secure financing approval and the best possible rates and termsEnsure all finance and insurance paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with federal, state, and dealership regulationsMaintain and grow relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutionsWork closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to financeMeet or exceed monthly F&I product penetration and profit goalsStay current on lending guidelines, compliance requirements, and industry regulations (Truth in Lending, GLBA, Red Flags Rule, etc.)Maintain accurate records and reporting for all finance transactionsQualifications2+ years of experience as an F&I Manager or Finance Manager in an automotive dealershipStrong knowledge of lending practices, deal structuring, and F&I productsProven track record of meeting sales and profit targetsExcellent communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordHigh school diploma required; college degree preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentGood with technologyExcellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong presentation skillsOutgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")All Applicants Must Pass Pre-employment Testing to Include Background Checks.
