Strong adaptability and teamwork skills, including the ability to work effectively in diverse teams and participate in peer‑auditing practices. Demonstrated resilience, with the ability to stay productive and maintain professionalism in high‑pressure or rapidly changing situations. Willingness to move between assigned sites within the hospital, adapt to trainer schedules, and support staffing needs when required.
