Role Overview: The Radiology Technologist performs imaging examinations using advanced equipment, ensuring high-quality results while minimizing radiation exposure (ALARA principle). Qualifications: Must hold an Oregon Radiographer License or Temporary License upon hire, obtain national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months, and possess BLS certification from the American Heart Association. New graduates need a temporary OBMI license and must secure a permanent license within 6 months. Skills & Attributes: Clinical knowledge of imaging techniques, attention to detail, patient safety awareness, and ability to work effectively in a team.
