Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue09:00 PM - 05:30 AMWed09:00 PM - 05:30 AMThur09:00 PM - 05:30 AMFri09:00 PM - 05:30 AMSat09:00 PM - 05:30 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate clearly with staff and guests regarding location rules, directions, and/or security-related protocols. Support healthcare operations by observing for unusual behavior, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and coordinating with emergency services and/or designated personnel during urgent situations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
