Pay Rate: $17.41/hr Application Deadline: October 20, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Primary (Must-Have) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products Knowledge of MAC/iOS systems Cog Kit familiarity | Troubleshooting and Hardware Support Secondary (Good to Have) POSITION OVERVIEW: This role sits within the Information Technology Support Department, reporting to the IT Support Manager. The professional will solve the business problem of maintaining seamless end-user productivity and high system availability by resolving complex desktop, hardware, and operating system issues across Microsoft and Apple environments. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive onsite technical support for Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office suites, and MAC/iOS systems to ensure optimal performance for end users. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues following standard operating procedures and internal ticketing guidelines. Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with stakeholders, managing support requests through resolution, and ensuring high user satisfaction. Execute background check (BGV) clearance protocols and utilize internal tools like Cog Kit to process hardware deployment and support requests securely. Document support incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolution details accurately in the IT service management system to maintain a reliable knowledge base.
