Regional Director of Hospice Operations Description Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Regional Director of Hospice Operations for their Hospice locations in Ohio . This position is based in the Columbus, OH area. Medicare Hospice or Home Health leadership experience is strongly preferred. This person will manage operations, financials, clinical performance, census & revenue growth, and help to create a positive culture. Clinical and non-clinical candidates will be considered. OH based relocation candidates welcome to apply. Regional Director of Hospice Operations Requirements Strong single-site or multi-site operational leadership experience in Home Health or Hospice. Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP’s. Strong financial and business development acumen. Regional Director of Hospice Operations Job Responsibilities Oversee operations & financials for multiple area locations. Oversight of directly reporting leaders. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Work with business development team to grow census. The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
