About the Role

Around The Clock Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Colorado Springs. This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys diagnosing issues, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round. We provide the tools, training, and support needed to build a long-term career with a company focused on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
• Clearly explain repair recommendations and options to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Section 608 Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• NATE Certification is a plus
