Office Experience & Events Senior Specialist

What You'll Do We are looking for a hospitality & service oriented, team focused, and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Working closely with the Office Experience & Events Sr. Manager, Office Experience Team and ATL office Senior Leaders, the Office Experience & Events Senior Specialist will 1) support the smooth day-to-day operation and consistently deliver a high level of customer experience for the ATL office, and 2) oversee the strategy and delivery of affiliation events and staff engagement initiatives. This role is essential to culture building and staff engagement in the ATL office and is a high visibility role, working closely with ATL senior office leadership. The expectation is that this person will be in-office five days a week. Key responsibilities of this role include: Office Experience — (~40%) Working with the Office Experience & Events Sr. Manager and the Office Experience (OE) Team to develop, implement, and manage initiatives that improve the office experience for all staff, proactively identifying opportunities and applying fresh, creative ideas. Delivering a 5‑star experience standard for anyone who enters the ATL office, including supporting the OE team on food program ownership for office meetings, snack selection and stocking, and ensuring an excellent selection of options. Coordinating in‑office meetings and ensuring a high level of customer service, seamless logistical support for catering, room reservation, room set‑up, and AV needs with the IT team. Serving as point of contact for vendor relationships, including catering, equipment, supplies, maintenance and other services as needed. Project‑managing, collaborating on, and executing special projects as required. Providing backup to other Office Experience Team members when necessary, especially on days with multiple internal events. Events — (~60%) Contributing to staff affiliation, morale and connection by planning and executing office events under the guidance of the Office Experience & Events Sr. Manager. Owning end‑to‑end operations for internal ATL events, driving planning, vendor contracting, guest lists, communications, and day‑of execution in close coordination with ATL senior leadership. Events include office‑wide gatherings, new‑hire orientations, cohort off‑sites, leadership meetings, all‑staff lunches, talent‑acquisition recruiting events and others. Assisting with execution, administrative tasks and logistics for large external events in ATL such as annual celebrations, off‑sites, family days, First Fridays and community service days. Managing ATL Alumni ownership responsibilities. Partnering with NAMR and ATL Affinity Groups to plan and execute local event programming for affiliation networks. Driving event marketing and communication plans, generating engagement, promoting attendance, managing guest lists and invitations, sending confirmations, and tracking RSVPs. Coordinating the Office‑wide events calendar and communications plan. Creating detailed event budgets and ensuring accountability for expenses. Researching and developing relationships with event vendors, conducting site visits, negotiating pricing, and reviewing contracts. Measuring staff engagement and event success through surveys and focus groups. You’re Good At Anticipating customer needs and paying exceptional attention to detail. Utilizing digital tools such as Slack, Trello, PowerPoint, and Excel. Envisioning and creating engaging experiences. Juggling competing priorities while keeping sight of overall objectives. Creating excitement and energy among staff. Approaching tasks with a client‑service mindset. Estimating and managing budgets while tracking expenses in Excel. Communicating clearly in digestible formats, e.g., PowerPoint. Working through ambiguous situations. Collaborating across functions throughout the office. Thinking creatively and considering the bigger picture. Demonstrating a client‑service mentality that drives behavior. Using good judgment to solve problems, handling difficult situations with poise, and deciding when to involve senior leadership. What You’ll Bring A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast‑paced environment, ideally within a professional services context. Demonstrated ability to motivate individuals and teams to achieve desired outcomes within tight time‑frames, showing initiative and follow‑up skills, with a strong sense of autonomy. Strong change and project management skills with systems and composure to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent organization, and attention to detail. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, OneNote, Trello and other collaboration tools. Who You’ll Work With The ATL Office Experience Team, Office Experience & Events Sr. Manager, ATL senior leadership (e.g., office leader), and senior staff such as senior consultants and business services team members. Additional Info City: Atlanta (Midtown) This role requires five days a week in‑office presence, enabling critical learning, collaboration, and networking with colleagues. Compensation Information Total compensation includes base salary, an annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market‑leading benefits package. Base salary ranges from $71,000 to $79,000, with bonuses up to 12% and a retirement contribution that starts at 5% and rises to 10% after two years. Benefits Zero‑dollar medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees, spouses, and children. Low $10 copays for doctor visits, urgent care, and generic prescriptions. Dental coverage up to $5,000 in orthodontia benefits. Vision insurance covering glasses and contact lenses annually. Reimbursement for gym memberships and fitness activities. Fully vested Profit Sharing Retirement Fund contributions annually, plus option to contribute to a 401(k). Paid parental leave and family benefits including elective egg freezing, surrogacy, and adoption reimbursement. Generous paid time off: 12 holidays per year, an annual office closure between Christmas and New Year’s, 15 vacation days per year (earned at 1.25 days per month), and paid sick time as needed.
