Description Position Overview:The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating behavior intervention plans and programs that enhance the skills and performance of our clients. This role will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure that interventions are effective and aligned with best practices in the field of behavior analysis. Key Responsibilities: Assessment:Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors. Program Development:Design and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and client needs. Implementation:Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans, providing training and support to clients, families, and staff. Data Collection:Collect and analyze data to monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions. Collaboration:Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to behavior intervention. Training:Provide training and professional development to staff and families on behavior management techniques and best practices. Compliance:Ensure that all interventions and programs comply with ethical standards and regulations set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and progress. Qualifications: Certification:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Education:Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a BCBA, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans. Skills: Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques. Excellent assessment and data analysis skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using behavior analysis software and tools. Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
