Full Time | $95,000-$105,000 | $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Job Summary:

Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team in Rochester, NY. As a RN Unit Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring exceptional patient care and a positive work environment. With your expertise and leadership, our patients will receive top-notch care in a warm and welcoming setting.

About the Role:

As a RN Unit Manager , you will oversee a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing : providing guidance, support, and oversight to the nursing team to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Coordinating : collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.

• Evaluating : assessing patient care needs and developing individualized plans to meet those needs.

• Education : providing ongoing education and training to staff members to improve skills and knowledge.

• Quality Improvement : identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• RN Licensure : current registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York.

• Minimum Years of Experience : at least [1] years of experience in a nursing management role.
