You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans of care, deliver therapeutic exercise and manual interventions, provide patient and family education, and coordinate with other healthcare providers to optimize outcomes. Patient volumes are consistent and organized to support thorough, patient-centered care while maintaining efficiency.The environment supports therapists who are self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic outpatient practice. You will utilize electronic documentation systems to maintain accurate treatment records and communicate effectively with the team.
