This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced environmental professional to join our team in Bristol, VA. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is technically oriented and who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. JOB PURPOSE: Design, develop, and maintain reporting, dashboards, analytics solutions, and data integrations that enable informed business decisions across the organization. Serve as a key resource for transforming enterprise data into meaningful, actionable information for internal stakeholders and external customers. Primary responsibilities include development and support of Domo reporting solutions, NetSuite analytics, and enterprise data models. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations using Domo and related reporting platforms.
• Create operational, financial, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and executive reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain NetSuite saved searches, reports, dashboards, datasets, and analytics solutions.
• Support reporting and data extraction requirements across ERP and associated enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain data models that support enterprise reporting requirements.
• Create and support ETL and data integration processes between NetSuite, Domo, and other business systems.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting solutions to internal departments and external customers when required.
• Train end users on dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve analytics capabilities. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience, Competencies and Education
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, MIS, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or data-focused roles preferred.
• Experience with Domo, NetSuite reporting, MS Reporting Services, SQL, and data visualization tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF JOB: This position requires that the employee be able to perform the following physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
