Contract Project Manager- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Responsibilities The Consilio Legal Transformation Service practice is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Contractor) to lead CLM implementations, consulting, and strategy projects within our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management activities for CLM engagements. You will support all aspects of the implementation lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and successful outcomes for our clients. Project Leadership & Management Lead project management for CLM engagements, from initial scoping and planning through execution and post-implementation review. Oversee timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and deliverables to ensure project milestones are met. Serve as the primary client point of contact, managing communications, expectations, and relationship building to foster long-term client partnerships. Implementation Leadership & CLM Expertise Serve as the CLM subject matter expert, advising clients on implementation strategy, configuration, testing, and user adoption. Support functional design workshops, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage issue resolution. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the implementation meets the defined requirements and aligns with best practices. Communication & Leadership Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong leadership and client relationship management skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional value. Ability to manage project risk, resolve conflicts, and escape internally and externally in a time-sensitive manner. Qualifications BA/BS degree Preferred. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager. Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints. Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs. The ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively. Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills.
