Construction Project Engineer

Las Vegas, United States | Posted on 04/01/2026 Objective Support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout by coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment between field operations and project plans. Key Responsibilities Assist with project coordination including submittals, RFIs, and document control Support preconstruction efforts such as scope review, takeoffs, and vendor communication Track project progress and maintain accurate reporting using project management tools Work closely with field teams to ensure alignment between plans and execution Maintain organized project documentation and assist with closeout deliverables Qualifications Experience working with a General Contractor on construction projects Background supporting multifamily construction projects Strong proficiency in Procore for project tracking and documentation Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools Understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Design Hire is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affiantive Action employer.
