The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills. The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above. Position Overview The Sales Accelerator Program (SAP) is a 6-month early career development program designed for individuals interested in building a career in commercial and manufacturing sales. Participants gain hands-on experience supporting Grainger’s field sales organization, focusing on customer acquisition, account growth, and value-based selling. This is a hybrid role with anticipated start dates aligned to two cohorts: January 2027 and June 2027 Program Experience Participants will: Partner with Field Account Representatives to support territory planning, customer strategy, and growth opportunities. Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions Develop and execute a strategy to expand customer relationships and drive value Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as National Accounts, Sales Enablement and eCommerce Track customer activity and performance metrics using Salesforce Post-Program Placement Upon successful completion, participants may be placed into an outside field sales role within the United States, with a focus on the Western and Northeast regions. Relocation may be required.
