This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation. Job Duties Wrap and prepare pallets for shipment to warehouses and customers. Load and unload trucks while verifying shipment accuracy. Pick, combine, and organize pallets for full truckload and LTL shipments. Verify manifests, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping documentation. Support shipping and receiving operations, including incoming shipment verification. Assist with customer direct shipments and daily reporting activities. Create finished goods packout reports at the end of each shift. Perform shipping coordinator duties as needed. Inspect parts for quality and identify defects following training. Monitor equipment operation and assist in meeting production goals. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment. Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures. Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software is preferred. Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is beneficial. Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or order fulfillment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Materials Clerk. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 10 pounds. Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
