Receptionist/Customer Service/Billing Representative

Empire Distributors Inc, a leading beverage distributor is now hiring a Receptionist/Customer Service/Billing Representative. Pay $18.00 per hour

Operates multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel; greets customers and guests, and provides basic customer service by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Composes and types routine correspondence using word processing programs.
• Prepares spreadsheets and presentations using appropriate software.
• Distributes monthly price changes to Wine division.
• Assists in data entry for monthly programming and pricing.
• Assists in creating pricing within Sales Portal.
• Answers incoming calls and responds appropriately.
• Answers supplier questions and completes their requests.
• Prepares and updates trackers for Wine Sales.
• Updates corporate Sales calendar & Wine/PTO calendar per management's requests.
• Coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments for Wine division.
• Assists management in completing month-end processes.
• Prepares sales history and pricing information for supplier meetings.
• Prepares for sales staff tastings/GSM's.
• Prepares expense reports for Wine division.
• Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
• Assists Management and Sales Representatives with new accounts as needed.
• Prepares Wine printing bill backs.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of VFIN Accounting software; Internet software; Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software; Microsoft Word-Word Processing software and ERome and Sales Portal Order processing systems.
