Air Domain Mission Specialists (MPRO, ABM, AEA, SENSO, AMO, AVWO, ATC)

Milskil is supporting the development, roll-out and operation of the Future Air Mission Training System (F-AMTS) which will become a modern, integrated training environment that combines an advanced integrated learning environment, learning materials, synthetic ground training elements, and airborne training elements to replicate real-world operational complexity. The training system provides foundation training for all ADF Air Domain Mission Specialist roles. Flexible start dates.

We are looking for Subject Matter Experts with the following backgrounds:

• Airborne Electronic Analysts (AEA's);
• Air Mobility Officers (AMO's);
• Aviation Warfare Officer (AVWO's); or
• Air Traffic Controllers (ATC's).

As a member of a multi-functional team, you will bring your specialist SME skills, knowledge and experiences to support the development, commissioning and operation of a next generation training system introducing innovative training and simulation technologies. Skills and Experience

To be successful, you need the following essential skills and background:

• Significant experience as an MPRO, ABM, AEA / SENSO, AMO, AVWO or ATC
• The ability to apply your operational expertise to emerging technologies
• Personal and professional skills and attributes necessary to work effectively within a complex developmental program and then in support of the delivery of services
• The ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplined project team
• Relevant instructional qualifications or experience will be important for some roles
• The ability to gain and maintain a Defence security clearance will be required
