Title: Temp Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Type: Contract Contract Length: 6 months (with high likelihood of extension) Pay Range: $45 - $50/hr Start Date: ASAP Location: Remote (PST/MT/CST Time Zone preferred) About the Opportunity Our client, a leader in Biotech and Life Sciences, is looking for a skilled Temp Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team for a 6 months engagement. This project involves providing essential, high-quality customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth, timely scheduling and execution of the entire interview process. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Scheduling all phone screens and interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Providing quality customer service and interacting with clients to ensure services are accurately scheduled. Providing administrative support to assigned recruiters, supervisors, and managers. Escorting candidates during onsite interviews and setting up conference rooms for seminars. Completing special projects and other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of general administrative support experience, with at least 3 years of administrative experience including experience managing calendars. Deep expertise in high-volume scheduling, calendar management, and client service focus. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals. Strong attention to detail, proven organizational/time utilization skills, and the ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of colleagues at various levels.
