Role Description The Store Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This position is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor supervision, and ensuring merchandising standards are maintained. The Store Team Lead provides guidance and support to store associates, leads by example on the sales floor, and ensures that customers receive exceptional service throughout their visit. Day-to-day activities include managing customer concerns, coordinating staffing and breaks, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The role also includes training new team members, reinforcing company policies, and collaborating with management to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating a welcoming, solution-oriented store experience.
• Effective interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information, give feedback, and partner with team members and leadership.
• Experience in Store Management, including handling daily operations, supervising staff, managing workflow, and upholding visual and operational standards.
• Ability to provide Training and coaching to team members, support onboarding, and reinforce best practices in sales and service.
• Previous experience in retail, luxury goods, fashion, or related customer-facing environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues independently and collaboratively.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard retail technology; comfort with learning new tools as needed. xhyhwjd
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
