Job Title: Step Down Registered Nurse Location: Florence, SC Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 1817.69 - 1908.57 Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00 Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: ACLS, BLS; SC license or Compact license in hand prior to start; 2 years of ICU and/or Stepdown experience Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated nursing care to stepdown patients in a hospital setting.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
Ensure documentation compliance using Epic electronic health record system.
Participate in holiday rotations and potential on-call duties as required.
