What to expect in the role Oversee a caseload of learners by creating, monitoring, and continuously evaluating individualized treatment and behavior intervention goals/plans, making modifications as needed. Establish and maintain rapport with parent(s)/caregiver(s) for each learner on caseload and conduct monthly parent/caregiver trainings in the center, home, or community. Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for new learners as needed and complete corresponding insurance documents. Strategize and communicate with other members of the clinical team for overall center management. Why join us?
