Duties: Move components into place using jib boom, crane, conveyors, or manual lifting Read and interpret blueprints to lay out, position, and align parts Tack weld and clamp components in preparation for welding Efficiently perform wire-feed welding on steel components Ensure measurement accuracy and consistent weld quality Perform routine equipment maintenance Keep a clean, organized workspace Maintain a strong safety mindset and prioritize safety in all work activities Support Lean manufacturing and team-based improvements Skills/Qualifications: Ability to pass a pre-employment welding test Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator when welding stainless steel Ability to rapidly and efficiently produce high-quality welded parts Capable of reading blueprints and using measuring tools Recent graduates accepted. Must have good attitude, basic welding skills, and willingness to learn.
