Job Overview Senior‑level attorney with a strong background in real estate and/or business litigation is sought to join a Colorado‑based business law firm, focusing on corporate and commercial law. This role offers the opportunity to expand an established practice within a collaborative and highly respected firm. Job Details Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year Location: Colorado Responsibilities Provide senior level counsel and representation in real estate and business litigation matters. Develop and maintain client relationships, including business development activities. Draft, negotiate, and analyze transactional documents. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality client service. Qualifications Significant experience handling corporate and business transactions. Portable business of no less than $400,000. Strong client relationship and business development skills. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities. Commitment to client service and collaborative teamwork.
