BAGGER/SACKER

Monday – Friday 

7:00 am – 5:30 pm, must be able to work overtime and weekends.

$15.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Work on the re-bagging production line, assisting with the packaging and handling of products.
• Remove filled bags from the re-bag line and stack them neatly and securely on pallets.
• Arrange bags on pallets in a manner that keeps the pallet stable and prevents products from falling or shifting.
• Shrink-wrap completed pallets when required to secure the product for storage or shipment.
• Pull slip sheets from designated areas and place them where needed for palletizing and product handling.
• Place slip sheets during the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Assist with preparing pallets and products for shipment.
• Help with the loading and unloading of trucks, following directions from supervisors and forklift operators.
• Assist with handling tote bags by lifting the ears/loops of the totes so forklift forks can properly hook onto and move them.
• Keep the production and work areas clean, organized, and free of debris or product spills.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a production/warehouse team.
• Follow all company safety, food-safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Repeatedly bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to safety and product quality.
