The Building People, LLC, has a position open for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a Secret Clearance. Responsibilities include providing the federal client with professional on-site construction, facility, and project management services across a variety of small to large-scale construction projects. Projects may include space upgrades or modification/reconfiguration of spaces to meet the mission needs of clients. Key Responsibilities Effectively manage an assigned portfolio of projects while addressing challenges related to space acquisition, budgeting, and cost management. Scheduling, estimating, construction, space reconfiguration, and tenant outfitting. Project administration, program management, logistics, furniture installation. Building upkeep and general management of client facilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
