Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory Care

Schedule: 12hr Nights, varies from 7p-7:30a with every other weekend

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty
• AHA BLS Certification
• AHA ACLS Certification
• AHA PALS Certification
• GA RRT License
• RRT Certification (NBRC)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor patients' respiratory status and progress, adjusting therapies as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory therapy techniques and proper equipment use.
• Maintain accurate patient records related to therapy administration and patient progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives in respiratory care.
