Registered Ultrasound Technologist (ARDMS)(US Tech)

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to department protocols
• Produce high-quality images for physician interpretation
• Assist radiologists with specialized procedures and exams
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
• Accurately document exams and patient information
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and twist throughout the workday
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 pounds using proper body mechanics
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced and high-stress situations
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound/Sonography Program
• Experience: Minimum one (1) year of sonography experience preferred
• Certifications: ARDMS or ARRT Registry Required
• Current CPR Certification Required
