Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience required. 6 months of PET experience required. First-time travelers accepted with 2+ years of experience.

License: California license required.

Certifications: ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required. BLS certification required.

Must-Have: PET experience. Strong preference for experience with Siemens equipment.

Description: Seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist specializing in PET CT. The primary focus will be in the PET CT department, with the possibility of floating to Nuclear Medicine if needed. Variable start times expected between 0700 and 0900. On-call responsibilities include post-shift and rotating weekends. Travelers may not be required to take call depending on experience level but should be open to it. Experience with EPIC is highly preferred. Weekends may exceed every other weekend to accommodate unit needs. All scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered. All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission. Candidates must be willing to work 3 of the 5 major holidays. Applicants are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. Failure to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. References covering 1 year of experience in the last 3 years are required. Candidates must disclose any license or background hits up front at the time of submission. LA fire card obtained within the last 30 days is required, and the facility will not reimburse for this. Flexibility with scheduling and call responsibilities is necessary. Overall compliance with all requirements and expectations is essential for the role.
