If an assignment for Agency is canceled without cause during an assignment, with at least one (1) weeks notice, Participant will not be subject to a penalty. If one (1) weeks notice is not provided, Participant will be subject to a twelve (12) hour penalty at the base rate of such assignment. If facility cancels due to low census, over staffing on unit or scheduling error, Facility can cancel Agency Personnel for up to two (2) scheduled shifts per contract without penalty.
