Overview Boeing Global Services is looking for an **Associate Supply Chain Specialist/Field Supply Chain Specialist (Associate or Experienced)** to join our team at Memphis Air National Guard Base – Memphis, Tennessee. The Field Supply Chain Specialist will provide on‑site field supply chain services in support of the C‑17 aircraft and coordinate daily activities with the Air Force and other teammates to meet organizational goals and contractual performance metrics. Position Responsibilities Analyze post‑production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities. Enter, track, monitor and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements. Process material returned from customers and documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims. Analyze supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities, capacity and performance. Operate and maintain material handling equipment, perform shipping and receiving operations, hazardous materials shipping, traffic management operations, export control, and packaging and crating. Coordinate daily tasks with on‑site Lead to align priorities for smooth operation of workloads. Observe, count and maintain stock levels to match names, codes, numbers or size of items with lists. Recognize poor or unacceptable quality of parts prior to shipment. Coordinate with various departments to expedite and complete movement of material and parts to required locations. Exercise innovative problem‑solving skills. Provide status and updates to the Air Force customer, Memphis Air National Guard Base Manager and on‑site Team Leader as required. Basic Qualifications (Required) 1+ year of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management and Supply Chain Planning. 1+ year of warehouse experience in packaging and crating. 1+ year of experience working with hazardous materials. 1+ year of experience in shipping and receiving. 1+ year of experience operating powered material handling equipment. Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word. Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Prior Supply Chain experience supporting a post‑production product. 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management and Supply Chain Planning. 3+ years of warehouse experience in packaging and crating. 1+ year of experience in analyzing statistical data. Ability to work independently. Ability to provide on‑duty weekend coverage as required. Ability to communicate written and verbal effectively.
