【Inflatable Boat Sales Manager】Marine Industry / High Compensation |Coppell, TX (11712)

Currently our client, a leading marine products supplier and exclusive distributor of Achilles inflatable boats, is looking for an Inflatable Boat Sales Manager. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies, annual targets, sales forecasts, and dealer programs across the United States and Canada. Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and market conditions to adjust strategic plans and drive growth. Expand and manage the authorized dealer network by evaluating sales prospects, executing dealer agreements, and facilitating onboarding. Manage key accounts and cultivate strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and sales partners to enhance profitability. Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and internal teams on dealer visits, product training, marketing initiatives, and industry boat shows. Recommend market-based pricing strategies, customer discounts, and sales incentives. Prepare demand forecasts, coordinate inventory planning, and manage order fulfillment with overseas manufacturing headquarters and logistics teams. Provide regular reporting on sales metrics, profit margins, inventory risks, and market trends to the Senior Sales Manager. Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in wholesale or retail sales with a manufacturer or distributor within the marine industry is required Experience with inflatable boats, rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) sales, or marine dealership operations is required Proven experience in sales management, dealer network development, key account management, and program execution is required Strong proficiency in strategic planning, sales forecasting, pricing analysis, and inventory management is required Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time (primarily domestic and North America, with occasional international travel) is required #J-18808-Ljbffr Leverages U.S. Inc.
