THE ROLE
We are seeking a full-time Retail Associate to represent our clients at in-store promotions, local events, and trade shows. This is a people-focused role where your energy and communication skills turn first impressions into lasting connections.
What You’ll Do
- Engage face-to-face with customers in retail and event settings
- Deliver clear, confident presentations about products and services
- Build trust and create excitement through engaging conversations
- Assist with event setup, displays, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Gather customer insights and provide feedback to management
What You Bring
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or events
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable personality
- Self-motivation with the ability to meet performance goals
- Strong organization and teamwork skills
Compensation & Perks
