This is a dynamic, face-to-face role where your personality and communication skills serve as the foundation of a rewarding career. No previous customer service experience is required. We provide 100% fully paid training, daily coaching, and all the tools you need to succeed from day one.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Customer Interaction: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and face-to-face manner.
• Brand Advocacy: Represent established client brands at promotional events and community outreach programs.
• Information & Sales Support: Answer customer questions, explain products or services, and highlight current promotions.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with your teammates to accomplish daily campaign goals and build positive brand awareness.
• Skill Building: Attend interactive training and coaching sessions to sharpen your communication, customer service, and leadership skills.

This is an in-person, customer-facing position . This is not a remote role and not a traditional, stagnant call-center position . You will be active, on your feet, and engaging with the public daily.
