About the Role Our client is looking for a sharp and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their fully remote team, focusing on opportunities within the Welkom area. In this crucial role, you will conduct in-depth market research, financial modeling, and due diligence to identify and evaluate profitable real estate investment opportunities. You will work closely with the investment committee to present findings and recommendations, playing a key role in shaping the company's investment strategy. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on data analysis and strategic decision-making in a flexible, remote work setting. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including DCF modeling , sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment for potential real estate investments. Research and analyze market trends, economic conditions, and demographic data to identify investment opportunities in Welkom and beyond. Conduct due diligence on properties, including site visits (if deemed essential, with remote facilitation where possible), lease abstracting, and title review. Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders and investment committees. Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide regular reports on portfolio status. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field. 3+ years of experience in real estate investment analysis , financial modeling, or asset management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for financial modeling and data analysis. Strong understanding of real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and investment principles.
